It's fun but aggravating

Easy to use and fun and I can do more with it than I can with most email clients. Easy to add animations. All my animations are at hand and no searching necessary. My contacts are also at hand which makes it nice.

Best:

I can add animations easily.
Easy access to contacts.
Easy access to animations.

Worst:

It is forever causing me a problem with a reply to a message.
It sometimes shuts down without reason.
Cannot change font color without going into tools and making a permanent change.
